We manufacture, cure and smoke all of the processed meat products used in our meals including dry cured salami, honey glazed ham, bacon, chorizo, smoked chicken breast and pork sausages in our onsite butchery. As we use our own processed meat products we can guarantee the freshness and consistent quality that we are renowned for.
