Nestled in the heart of Harare, just a quick five-minute drive from the bustling city center and a mere fifteen minutes from Harare International Airport, York Lodge offers an ideal retreat for both discerning business executives and leisure travellers alike.

York Lodge Town Council plans date back to the 1950s but it was only in 1998 that the Wild Family developed York Lodge. By 2008 the Lodge stood at 12 rooms and by 2023, it had expanded to the 19 room capacity that it now has.

Our dedicated team comprises longstanding staff members, many of whom have been part of the York Lodge family for over a decade. With exceptional lodge managers, 24-hour security, and a committed team of groundskeepers and support staff, your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
