A unique duo of mixed cultures, German Mark and Italian Manuela arrived in Zimbabwe after a beautiful 9 years’ experience on the sandy beaches of Kenya. 

 A common passion for food and love for cooking started this little gem in 1995.

A new Chapter, the legacy continues… Our first-born son ‘Chef Lucas’ has returned home to lead the already existing dynamic kitchen team. With many innovative ideas stemmed from his experience cooking in Zanzibar for the last 3 years, we are thrilled to have his new energy driving our kitchen forward.

Here begins the food journey from Europe to East Africa, it has been the perfect marriage of flavors to meet the pleasing palates of our international clientele.
